(TMZ): "Gia Sapp-Hernandez, who appeared on the most recent season of the Oxygen show, was booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Columbia, S.C. last night on charges of third degree assault and battery.
She's still in custody and being held on a $2,130 bond."

For what its worth, Gia's one of my favorites. with the exception of the night she got drunk and beat on that dj, she looks like a cool chick.
